Nestled within 6.5 acres of English countryside, Tropical Birdland is home to over 250 birds and fascinating animals. The park features spectacular free-flying parrots, immersive walk-through aviaries, a parrot path, chick room, and scenic woodland trails.

We are open 7 days a week.

• March to October 10am to 5:30pm, last entry 4pm
• November 10am to 4pm, last entry 3pm
• December 10am to 2pm, last entry 1pm
• Closed from Dec 24th to the first Saturday in January 
• January 10am to 2pm, last entry 1pm
• February 10am to 4pm, last entry 3pm

As an outdoor attraction, appropriate weather-based clothing and suitable footwear are recommended for your visit.

Unforeseen Closure

In the event of an unforeseen situation or adverse weather conditions, we may need to close without warning in order to safeguard public health and protect our birds and animals. Should this occur, you will be provided with the option to reschedule your visit for a later date.

CALENDAR COLOUR CODING:

Pink Days – entry, pre-purchased E-TICKET ONLY

For the comfort of our visitors and our feathered friends, during busy periods, entrance will be by pre-purchased online tickets ONLY. Tickets will not be available for purchase at the gate on the day.

Tickets are sold in timed arrival slots of 30 minutes, available daily from 10:00am to 4:00pm.
Opening hours may vary depending on the season.   Check our website here 

On arrival, your ticket is valid for the remainder of the day.

Blue Days – entry, pre-purchased E-TICKET RECOMMENDED

On moderately busy days, visitor numbers are limited. To avoid disappointment, we strongly recommend purchasing tickets online in advance. A limited number of tickets may be available at the gate on the day, but this cannot be guaranteed.

Green Days – entry, e-ticket or at the gate on the day

During our less busy periods, off-peak tickets may be pre-purchased online or purchased at the gate on the day using major credit/debit cards or cash.

E-tickets

• Your online ticket will be issued via email - please have your ticket ready on arrival, printed or on your device.  

•  Tickets are strictly non-refundable or transferable, and standard entry terms and conditions apply.

• Dates and times can be changed online through your customer account portal. Booking amendments can be made up to 24 hours before your scheduled day, subject to availability.

• Please note that a small booking fee applies to all online ticket transactions and will be added at checkout.
